Sportswomen Miesha Tate

 Miesha Theresa Tate, born 18 August 1986, is an American mixed martial artist. Tate is currently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) which she was the former UFC Women's Bantamweight champion. Tate was earlier an Strikeforce women's bantamweight champion. Tate was also vice-president for ONE Championship. In October, 2022, she is 10th in the UFC women's bantamweight rankings.



 



 Early life



 Tate was born to Michelle Tate in Tacoma (Seattle), Washington. She was raised by Robert Schmidt and Michelle. When she was a young girl Tate was often seen hanging out with the boys in her community on playgrounds.
